A Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of CD20 in human serum, plasma, culture supernatants and other biological fluids.
CD20 is an activated-glycosylated phosphoprotein expressed on the surface of all B-cells beginning at the pro-B phase and progressively increasing in concentration until maturity. It enables optimal B-cell immune response, specifically against T-independent antigens. CD20 plays a role in the microenvironmental interactions of B cells. It may also act as a calcium channel in the cell membrane. 96Trace’s CD20 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of CD20 in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.
