OxLDL (Mouse) ELISA Kit
Size: 96 Well
Application: Biomarker research in biological samples.
A sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of OxLDL in Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) are one of the five major groups of lipoprotein which transport all fat molecules around the body in the extracellular water. LDL delivers fat molecules to the cells and can drive the progression of atherosclerosis if they become oxidized within the walls of arteries. Since the Oxidized low-density lipoproteins (OxLDL) are more easily retained by the proteoglycans, a risk for cardiovascular disease when they invade the endothelium. 96Trace’s OxLDL ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of OxLDL in Mouse serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of OxLDL captured from the samples.
