RBP3 (Human) ELISA Kit
Size: 96 Well
Application: Biomarker research in biological samples.
An ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human RBP3 in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, culture supernatants and other biological fluids
The inter-photoreceptor retinoid-binding protein is a large glycoprotein known to bind retinoids and found primarily in the interphotoreceptor matrix of the retina between the retinal pigment epithelium and the photoreceptor cells. It is thought to transport retinoids between the retinal pigment epithelium and the photoreceptors, a critical role in the visual process. The rbp3 gene is commonly used in animals as a nuclear DNA phylogenetic marker. This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. The density of color is proportional to the Human RBP3 amount of sample captured in plate.
