Deoxyribonuclease-1 (DNase1) (Human) ELISA Kit
Size: 96 Well
Application: Biomarker research in biological samples.
A sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Deoxyribonuclease-1 (DNase1) in Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
DNase I is a nuclease that cleaves DNA preferentially at phosphodiester linkages adjacent to a pyrimidine nucleotide, yielding 5'-phosphate-terminated polynucleotides with a free hydroxyl group on position 3', on average producing tetranucleotides. It acts on single-stranded DNA, double-stranded DNA, and chromatin. In addition to its role as a waste-management endonuclease, it has been suggested to be one of the deoxyribonucleases responsible for DNA fragmentation during apoptosis. 96Trace’s DNase1 ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of DNase1 in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of DNase1 captured from the samples.
