CETP (Human) ELISA Kit
Size: 96 Well
Application: Metabolic, lipid and nutrition biomarker research.
An ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human CETP in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, culture supernatants and other biological fluids
CETP is involved in the transfer of neutral lipids, including cholesteryl ester and triglyceride, among lipoprotein particles. Allows the net movement of cholesteryl ester from high density lipoproteins/HDL to triglyceride-rich very low density lipoproteins/VLDL, and the equimolar transport of triglyceride from VLDL to HDL. Regulates the reverse cholesterol transport, by which excess cholesterol is removed from peripheral tissues and returned to the liver for elimination. 96Trace’s CETP ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human CETP in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of human CETP captured from the samples.
