Cathepsin G (CTSG) (Human) ELISA Kit
Size: 96 Well
Application: Cancer, apoptosis and cell signaling research.
A sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Cathepsin G (CTSG) in Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
Cathepsin G (CTSG) is an enzymatic protein belonging to the peptidase or protease families. The protein is found in azurophil granules of neutrophilic polymorphonuclear leukocytes. The encoded protease has a specificity similar to that of chymotrypsin C, and may participate in the killing and digestion of engulfed pathogens, and in connective tissue remodeling at sites of inflammation. 96Trace’s CTSG ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of human CTSG in serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of human CTSG captured from the samples.
