T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT) is an immune receptor present on some T cells and Natural Killer Cells. TIGIT and PD-1 has been shown to be over expressed on tumor antigen-specific CD8+ T cells and CD8+ tumor infiltrating lymphocytes from individuals with melanoma . 96Trace’s TIGIT ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of TIGIT in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.
