SIRPA / CD172a (Human) ELISA Kit
Size: 96 Well
Application: Biomarker research in biological samples.
A sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of SIRPA / CD172a in Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.
SIRPA is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. Acts as docking protein and induces translocation of PTPN6, PTPN11 and other binding partners from the cytosol to the plasma membrane. Involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled cellular responses induced by cell adhesion, growth factors or insulin. It mediates negative regulation of phagocytosis, mast cell activation and dendritic cell activation. CD47 binding prevents maturation of immature dendritic cells and inhibits cytokine production by mature dendritic cells. 96Trace’s SIRPA ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of SIRPA in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of SIRPA captured from the samples.
